Instituto Irapuato has made it a priority to provide its students with the best conditions to develop themselves in an integral manner with the skills required by international organizations today.
Today, they are working on a large-scale integral project. The construction of a multifunctional auditorium that embodies the optimal characteristics to address some of the transversal skills of their educational model, such as innovation, creativity, cultural development, health care, and social relationships.
The construction is innovative and, above all, sustainable, as it features a ventilated facade composed of our Plana 170 and Plana 78 models. This design harnesses natural wind and sunlight to ensure optimal comfort within the space.
An important aspect that needs to be emphasized is the design of its facade, which incorporates elements of institutional identity that include the principles of Ignatian spirituality.
With this, Instituto Irapuato has sought to imprint on the contour of the facade a highly representative phrase by St. Ignatius of Loyola: “Love is shown more in deeds than in words.” Originating in Morse code and translated into architectural elements with institutional colors.
The space will accommodate a lobby where attendees can be comfortably and orderly received. It will also house offices for the culture and sports departments, allowing them to be closer to the students during extracurricular activities. Additionally, there will be a well-equipped gym to cater to users’ health improvement needs. Sanitary facilities with showers and changing rooms will be available, along with multi-purpose sports courts featuring professional lighting.
Regarding the stage area, it has ample space with the necessary dimensions to host any artistic or cultural event. In addition to graduations, it can accommodate conferences and video projections.
The auditorium is without a doubt a great dream in the process of becoming a reality.
