The Esfera Fashion Hall shopping mall, located in the southern area of Monterrey, obtained LEED Core & Shell v2009 Silver Certification in 2018. This mega-project was designed by Javier Sordo Madaleno on a surface area of 237,248 square meters and developed by the company Citelis.
Simpleyfácil participated in the specification of various products that can be seen integrated in both interior and exterior areas of this project, which was installed by the Monterrey-based company, Vidrios y Cristales Ontiveros SA de CV.
Among them, the lobby stands out, where we can find a large pergola, as well as different spaces where flat slat ceilings sublimated in dark walnut wood color were installed. On the rear facade, we will find another pergola canopy at the entrance that maintains continuity with a facade alternately integrated with green walls that hide a large service area.
